About IIT Hyderabad in a nut shell

Good placements for CS students, Close to my native place, good at research, IITs had better culture in treating M. Techs. IIT Hyderabad is the fastest developing IIT of the all new IITs and It was the top in all the new IITs.

The faculty here really help students for individual development of students academically and industrially. If a student really works with interest this is the best place for him/her to develop as an individual.

I have given two interviews for internships but the companies expect a lot during internships so have to be high profile. But in placements that is not the case. Many opportunities for small small internships on business, marketing.

The placements opportunities for CS are very very high. There are a lot of companies reaching the college even in this pandemic. The salary packages given by companies will be high. Not only in the first placement session , even in the second placement session many companies will visit the college for placements.

The fee for M. Tech students selected through gate is very reasonable and less. Although the students will get stipend every month which the student can save some money for semester fee. There will be good package in campus placements.

As this is a new IIT the clubs here are not that good as expected but they are good. My personal feeling is that I represented the college in interIIT sports meet 2k19. That is the best tournament I have ever played and the quality is very high.

The best hostel rooms that I have ever stayed in my life in hostels. But there will be a few rats. Other than that the authorities responds to complaints well. The food here is good for me. But many complaints that it is not tasty. But in my case comparing with my previous colleges I felt food here is really hygiene and good.
