Remarks

I want to do CAD-CAM and there are very selected college for that and i got it here according to my gate score. I don't have much experience as i joined during covid and it still online. I may not me the correct person to judge but the teaching is good.

Course Curriculum Overview

From my bachelor i got to know that i am good in designing and computation and also got an interest in CAD for this reason i choose CAD-CAM as my masters programme. Faculty to student ratio is much more as CAD-CAM has only 8 students and in entire mechanical there are total 22 students with more that 10 faculty. As it's a national institute the PHD is must for any professor. Total 4 exam in one semester, mid term, end term and two mini tests.

Class Size: 8Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Placement Experience

In mechanical field currently every institute is facing on campus placement issue. But there are couple of regular visiting companies. Other than mechanical in field one IT collage has good placement options with more than 10 Lakhs package.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees is quite high compare to other institute and we are also paying hostel fees even during online course. Don't have any idea about scholarship and all PG students has fixed monthly assistance ship. Campus placements are not too good for mechanical engineering as same as most of the institute. But in field of IT there are lots of scope.

Campus Life

As i have just visit campus for 2 months bcz of covid i wont be able to justify this ans. But i will share my 2 month experience. The campus is too big and it's total residential campus most of the professor lived in the campus only. There are many clubs.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is compulsory and the cost is 7500 per sem. Hostel facilities are too good and have nice atmosphere. Mess is as same as many institute not too good not too bad, can manage to eat atleast two meals.

Life at best iiit

Placement Experience:

Plcaments are the best compared to top tier 2 college average this year is 22 lpa and the highest is 84 and the lowest is 8.5lpa and median is 14 which i think is not good as compared to other year i know it will improve but many companies are still visiting till now 84 percent have been placed

Life as a Student of IIITDM Jabalpur

I wanted a National college which should be government, according to my rank in JEE Mains I was getting other Nits and iiits and also some state government colleges but i preferred this because it is in my home city jabalpur No i didn't got any rejections i applied to because this college was my fiest priority and according to my interest.
