Good remarks are about placement and students staff relationship, management is fair enough but needs to improve still.

I wrote CET exam and got this particular college,it is one of the top most colleges in karnataka, and 5th engineering college in india i got through admission procedure as per prescribes rules of the college by paying CET fees and college fees after completing option entry and finally i got admitted after getting acknowledgment from the college.

Course structure is good and research on courses is also good going staff Is student friendly and they think from the students perspective so overall it is fine enough information science and computer science students will be given many opportunities in the college to enhance their knowledge IEEE playes very important role in enhancement of Knowledge and along with that we can learn managing skills.

Our college won't provide internship but when we come into final year internship companies will come and we can get placed in those companies to complete our internship if we want and stipend is as per company interest in this year many internship companies visited our campus and recruited many of our classmates stipends is well and good and working days are also maintainable because we have to attend college too.

Placements are 100 percent in our college since 1917 our College is having good placements opportunities it is the main reason that many students opt UVCE as their choice of joining engineering nearly 150 companies will visit our campus every year including internships and for all the branches so no problems of placements thumbs up for placement opportunity in our college.

Along with studies curriculum also plays important role in any college totally 4 fests will be celebrated in our college two technical and two cultural namely INSPIRON, FIESTA, IMPETUS, MILAGRO, INSPIRON is a fest conducted by placement offices, FIESTA is organised and coordinated by 3rd year students, IMPETUS is conducted by TEQIP, UVCE, MILAGRO is conducted and coordinated by final year students everyone will actively participate in all the fests many students from the other colleges also come and participate and enjoy the beauty of that fest our students will go for campaigning and invite all the college student's to come and participate in our college fest.

Fee structure is feasible for each and every student from General category students to schedule caste and schedule tribe students CET fees is 18000 and college fees is 4000 examination fee will b around 1600 to 1800 and for SC and ST students it is still less.

Scholarships are provided for students,i don't know the names of those loan facility,i have no idea about the loans, but scholarships are given and even In that scholarship they will give a coaching who ever got scholarships like Java classes for cs and ise students.

Gender ratio is equal workshops will be conducted to enhance the knowledge of students ethnicity is also maintained on our college student parties will be held like birthday parties are allowed to celebrate apart from the academics we enjoy a lot even with the friends juniors seniors as well seniors are one of the best parts who play a very important part in our college they are very helpful.

Hostel facility is not that much good it is old hostel since college is completing it's 100 years this year girls hostel is good start facilities, food facility is all fair enough environment around hostel is also good enough to live by solar facility is given mess is there to which provides quality food for students and library facilities also given for students which includes Reading hall so that students can concentrate on studies which is silent place a place to study.

Yeah alumni also play a important role in our college vision UVCE is the one of them even they pay a scholarship to students to help them out and conduct many activities like KAGAGDA etc.

Exams will be conducted as per university pattern totally 8 semester's and 8 subjects per semester including Labs 6 theory and 2 lab practicals no gaps in between exams it is one of the disadvantages for students max 2 days gap will be given from one subject to the other subject it will be hard to study. But anyhow we complete our examination hoping no one will fail.

I got admission in this institute through OPTION ENTRY of KEA BOARD ,when I got this college I went for verification and then got acknowledgement to go to the respective college and I got admitted there as per college rules like filling the application form, then I paid dd of college fees thereby completing the admission procedure and got ID card and they notified me about the opening of college by sending post to the address which we mentioned in the application form of admission.

Staff Is perfectly alrigh all are PhD holders ,so no problems over staff all the staff will be in time and teach us the respective subjects to the Max of their knowledge and we are free to share our doubts with them to clarify we are getting very good response from them at any time we contact them.
