Amazing experience at CMRIT

I applied only CMRIT.General Merit. I got into CMRIT through KCET. The cutoff was around 45k rank. The course cost varies based on the admission process. The admission process was smooth. They provided all the information regarding the process.

I chose Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Currently, I'm in third year. The course is really interesting. I was very much interested in this field from schooling. Faculty here in CMRIT is well educated and highly experienced. Their sessions are always interesting and very informative. There are various companies that visit our college which provides both internship and job opportunity as well. We have an Entrepreneurship cell where students from all the department actively take part in all their activities. This helps students not only to depend on jobs but also think as an entrepreneur, bring up ideas for startups etc. students ideas are appreciated and encourage them to go forward for implementing their ideas.

Students are eligible for campus placement from 7th semester. Highly reputed companies visit our college (both non core and core companies) 6lpa+ Every year number of students getting placed in various companies from our college is increasing with a good package. I'm planning to get a job after completing my degree.

The course fee varies according to the admission process. For KCET it is around 85k per year for EEE. And i think its worth paying this amount afterall the knowledge they provide is the best! They even provide scholarships, Financial Assistance if the student is in need of it. Placement Cell is really good. They provide placement training program(called tyl) right from the first year of engineering.

We have Cultura our Annual fest. Tech fest and other student clubs event take place weekly. Departmental activities help students gaining knowledge and come up with informative points. The architect of Library is perfect to give the right vibe to study and learn. They provide books for all the departments and various authors and publications, journals. They provide various E-materials as well. Students participate in sports and various other extra curricular activities in the campus.
