I took EAMCET exam for the admission into college. I scored around 30k in this entrance exam because this college is great to study CSE.

The curriculum of our college is set by JNTUH the course was not research oriented one because we gave more importance to the exams whole year. We mostly use either write assignments or exams no proper time to properly understand the subject which would helps us in research basis.

When it comes to internships majority of the students in KMIT do get campus placements for sure after B.tech so there is no need for the college to provide internships. There are only some companies that offer internships to the students.

The college has very good placement record over 96% people were placed into different companies . Virtusa , polycom,tech mahindra, zensar,opentext. These are some companies which visit kmit and take very large number of students. Virtusa took 51 students which was the highest among all.

When i joined the college my fees was around 50k which was feasible but from later year it increased to 65k from that year i t went on increasing it became something around 80k i guess last year its is getting expensive year by year. The college being i m centre of the city and name especially in cse branch people will be paying the fees.

There is a scholarship provided by the government on merit basis and the people from backward classes also get scholarships.

The campus life in the college is good gender ratio is good college as almost equal girls and boy population. Why because the college being in centre of the city girls prefer more to join they feel safe the infrastructure of labs is good.sports competition are held with in the college.

The faculty of the college is good I would say but when it comes to the core subjects of CSE. The faculty are excellent when compared with other subjects. When it comes to qualification of teachers they are well qualified every HOD.
