Entrance Preview

WBJEE, I ranked 10390. It was good colleges which is also government aided. Had extremely experienced faculty members and fees structure was very less than other colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is set by WBUT but here we had learnt more than the curriculum which helped us enhancing our learning.

Internships Opportunities

No our college did not provide internship.

Placement Experience

Placement opportunities are quite good but it is not excellent. In our batch 50-60% students were placed including for higher studies.

College Events

College fest, tech fest, teachers day celebration, Biswakarma puja, Ganesha Puja are being celebrated every year with many events.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It was very much less earlier. In fact it had the lowest fee structure but now MAKAUT (Board) had decided to remain fee structure same for all the colleges.

Fees and Financial Aid

Loan facility offered by college but I did not availed that.

Campus Life

Gender ratio is good. Most importantly campus life is pretty good. It has large campus. One can join in many sports events, the campus is now have wifi connectivity. Ragging incident is zero.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities and mess is quite good as per the cost. Hostel costs Rs 800 per month while mess costs 1500-1600. Which is very reasonable.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network is good but I can't say they are helpful or not.

Exam Structure

Exam structure are decided by WBUT currently MAKAUT. Structure is very much standard and not hectic at all.

Faculty members are experienced, friendly and they taught is such a way that if you attend the classes only it would be enough for you.

GOOD College at low fees.

Placement Experience:

Placement of my college are quite good with a avg package of 6 to 7 lpa and higest package of 45 lpa and this year the higest package is 75 lpa. The companies visited in my college are infosys, Capgemini,tcs,wipro, Mindtree,IBM, sometimes amazon also.The placement rate of the college is 85 to 95%.

Nearly or almost 100% students get placed from IIT KGP, irrespective of their branch. This is the beauty about it. Four our course conpanies like the Adani Enterprises, Coal India, Ongc, Aban Offshore and others are our top recruiting companies as all of them are into mining business. Placement Experience:

The placement statistics are off the charts, with 367 offers being made to 361 students in the recent edition. The student can seat for internshps offered by diffent companies that visit th campus in their pre-final year, while they are eligible to seat for the placements in their final year only. Apart from this there also other restrictions for seating in the placements like Cg should be above 8.5 and there should not have been any disciplinary charges against you, etc. The companies visiting the college also have their own preferences for selecting the students. In 2024-25 the highest CTC is nearly 2.5 crores p.a. offered to a student of CS branch. The EC department getting the most number of offers i.e. 73.

Excellent collage

The course is completed after the 12th and then qualification of the e Jew exam passed with a good rank then u should get admission in this college.
