Remarks

It is a great place to learn not only with books but also with extra-curricular activities that boost a person's life to its fullest provided knowledge is poured onto the students by experienced professors. The time I spent there was an amazing part of my life where I got the goal although there is a quota system, all are welcomed who are eager to do something in life because marks don't set the future of a person and the counseling was by our extremely knowledgeable teachers.

For this course, there are always students more than the capacity. Most of the faculty are PhD holders and highly qualified. There were terminal exams to check on the students' progression and it was not so difficult to pass because the explanation of the faculty makes it so easy to understand that one pass with sufficient marks easily.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure was good overall and also financial assistance was also provided and for HS level and also in the semester the admission fee is not taken it is free of cost for financial poor students. All the scholarships was under the assam government.

Campus Life

Laboratory with advanced equipment is there. Annual sports and inter-college sports are held. And also NSS NGO group is made to help during needs A big library is there for study. An indoor stadium along with a swimming pool is also facilitated.

• I always loved plants, trees and forest as my father is from Forest background. So, I wanted to walk on his footsteps and do something is same background. I always dreamt of making a change in the society and serve the society so I choose Botany subject. •The curriculum is planned in such a way that we learn both theoretically and practically, we go on field trips where we interact with common people and do surveys that will help us in future while working on the department •There is no such areas that needs improvement, I like the way it is going on and the teaching method is also nice, only the thing is there should not be so many classes in one day, as a student gets very exhaust •The frequency and timing of exams is that in sessional its 25 marks with 1 hour 30 minutes and its easy to moderate, and 2nd is final which is of 50 marks with 2 hours 30 minutes and its moderate to hard

There is no any kind of reservation benefits in our college. Each and every student are provided with the same facilities. Sonari College, A Heaven For Fantsists

There was a cut-off for the honors courses & a counseling process was held for admission through which I got admission. I didn't sit for an entrance exam. You can find the application form either on the official college website or you can grab it from the administration office of the college. I don't think there are any reservation criteria as I've never heard of it in the college. The college authority discontinued the counseling admission process since Covid.
