Sonari College : A Brief review

The college is a very good in all site. The building of this college is also in good condition. Ragging is strictly prohibited in the college. And also mobile phone is banned. This are some positive site of this college .

The course is decided by Dibrugarh University. There are three exam held in a semester. These are 2 in semester and 1 final. In semester exam held in mid semester period. And final exam held in end semester period.

The placement and job opportunities is quite good . There are many vacancies in the various departments of the college. Yes , college has provided internship to new teachers for their better communication skill.

The college has celebrate various event in a calendar year. Some of these are - Sports and cultural week , independent day , gandhi jayanti , neheru birthday , swatch bharat abhiyan in many time etc.

You need to pay rupee in the various structural programme. Some of these are - Registration fees , admission fees , exam fees , megazine fees , library fees , sports and cultural week fees , and various kind of fees. But it is not very costly.

No , there is not any scholarship provided by this college. But you can apply UGC scholarship for north eastern region via the college. This is a very well known scholarship. You need to approve the scholarship form via college.

The extracurricular activities are done here very well. There are many extracurricular activities done here. This are awareness programme , swatch bharat abhiyan etc . Sports of the college is very good. The cricket team of this college is won a championship under Dibrugarh University.

No I didn't need to stay in hostel. But the hostels of this college is very good .There are two hostel in this college.One is boys hostel and the another is girls hostel . The girl hostel is also known as Satsari.

Every year the senior student arrange a Freshers party in this college. In this programme they introduced themselves. Ragging is strictly prohibited in the college. The senior students are very helpful.
