Remarks

I have passed my graduation from IHM PUSA New Delhi its a central government college under Ministry Of Tourism in 2019. IHM PUSA is the top rank college of hotel management among all other colleges of hotel management in India. The main point to be noted boys who love their beard fyi we have to shave daily. Otherwise everything has its pros and cons. Also I m pursuing my masters from same college. NCHMCT is the managing council under MINISTRY OF TOURISM along with the IGNOU also. Course Curriculum Overview

The one who is interested in hospitality industry should join the hotel management and choosing ihm pusa as it is on of the top rank college from last 8 years. It has got 100% placement. The teachers here are most qualified and experienced teachers from the hotel and hospitality industry under ministry of tourism. Both practical and theory classes are conducted during the course of 3 years. Students also have to do industrial training of 17 weeks from a five star hotel property as a curriculum part. The course is simple its not a rocket science to achieve anything. lastly, IHM PUSA is not a college its a BRAND in itself and a second school with rules and regulations.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 215000 per year

Placement Experience

IHM Pusa is number 1 top ranker in placements. In the second year ie 3rd or 4th semester students have to go through a industrial training in 5 star hotels for 17 weeks all over India. Students become eligible of for campus placemnets in 5th semester. All top companies in hospitality industry visit campus for placements.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees is hiked by every year cost of study in central government college like Ihm Pusa is nearly about 3 lakh for all the 3 years. This is not as cheap as DU colleges or other central government college. the college has got a 100% placement for all the students.

Campus Life

As it is a hotel management college it has 3 large operated kitchens for students and fest are organized but they are not as good as other colleges fest. The campus is located in small area but it has all top qualities facilities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is good and may be seen as average in aspect of my college . I selected my course as I saw myself holding potential in the field of language , English was my strong interest. The curriculum prepares a basic and needed knowledge for everyone accordingly and yes , it may be seen as an important aspect in higher education, experiences from professors and teachers is shared by live demonstrations and examples in order to achieve a good understanding. The improvement in the curriculum may be that of a much regular based classes as there is a frequent cut in classes and sometimes some teachers may slack during the day cancelling classes and stuff . The frequency of exams and timings are arranged and not much complicated related to my course and difficulty may be considered moderate .

according to me 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements although i am not sure of my answer but i just overheard this thing that u gotta be in 7th sem for placements of campus. The companies visited in HMR college for placements are Infosys, tcs, Adobe, cvent. CSC , tech mahindra, genpact, virtusa, wipro, HCL, Libsys and many more. In total more than 100 students get placed from the same. The highest package a student o HMR got 35 LPA packaage offer recenty and many more off campus . 86 percent of studnets get placed and with good placement ratio. My plan after getting the degree is to study M.tech also abroad and then get placed in a good company i always wanted to go and study abroad when i was a child thats why i always prepared and made my extracirrucilars strong but i will surely make and study abroad after completing my bachelors degree.
