Remarks

I got this college after clearing ipu cet exam in 2016 . Adgitm college is lush green campus spread in more than 5 acre. This college have good number of books in library also digital library is there. Good conditions of laboratory. And a very good canteen you will enjoy your college life in this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

I opted bachelor of technology in information technology in 2016 batch. All the faculty are good in nature and friendly in nature. You can easily ask questions to the faculty. Curriculum is very good college management strictly follow the time table of the college scheduled. All the teachers are very supportive and help you in any difficult situation.

Class Size: 66Course Fees: INR 440000 per year

Placement Experience

Infosys and other small startup visit every year. Only mass recruiting infosys visited campus regularly. If you are not selected in infosys you will be unemployed. Try hard to get placement from outside college do not provide any other company. Very poor placement for IT department.

Fee Structure And Facilities

My per year fees is around 110000 for engineering. Fees would be deposit in month of august and the college management give more than enough time to pay the fees. Scholarship is provided by the university as per the ruling government guidelines.

Campus Life

Life at the campus is average. Lush green ground are there to play sports one canteen and one nescafe shop. Students are social because all of them belongs to delhi (99%) so they have similar sort of taste and mindset. Infrastructure is good in comparison of other college of ggsipu.

Admission

There is no gd and pi for the admission. You have to clear the entrance exam for the admission in the college. Some seats are reserved for the management quota. And also there are special preference for delhi quota means student from delhi. I am from outside delhi ( ghaziabad). Most of the students belong to the delhi.

Kirori Mal - The way I see it

Placement Experience:

The placements at Kirori Mal College are respectable and are getting better. The fifth semester is typically when students become eligible for campus placements. Numerous well known bussineses like Deloitte, KPMG, EY et. Approximately 50-60% of students are placed through campus drives each year. The average package is approxiamtely 5-7 lakhs per year. After getting the degree I plan on applying for a masters degree in the same field.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say the course curriculum at DTU is quite relevant and comprehensive. The reason I chose this course was the mix of strong fundamentals in the first year—like Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Programming—followed by department-specific core and elective courses that allow some flexibility and specialization. The curriculum gives a solid foundation for both real-world applications and further studies, especially through hands-on projects and lab work. That said, some areas could be improved, like including more industry exposure, internships, and practical case studies to bridge theory and real-world problems. Exams happen twice a semester (mid-terms and end-terms) and include assignments and projects as part of evaluation. While most exams are manageable if you keep up with the coursework, a few subjects can be challenging, and preparation is key to avoid surprises.

The course is good but placement is very bad in the campus. The frequency of exams is 2 hours or 3 hours depends on the credit of that subject. The exam level is of moderate level. We had pass the exam studying 1 week before the exam.

A students insight on his college

Placement Experience:

Eligibility is 5th semester onwards you can get campus placement. Deloitte, TATA, nestle, other big MNC's Highest is around 20 lacs and average is around 5 lacs. 60-70 % students get places but it can be higher or lesser depending upon the crowd of students , their talents. I think I would choose a professional course like civil servant.

A vibrant college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

as been from the science background I have deep interest in maths already, and I want to continue my passion for it. The proves the critical thinking the imaginary parts and the applications of mathematics. We see every day it motivates to think about these theorems. The curriculum of course is very good, but due to NEP, we have to study subjects like Hindi in our AEC which is very irrelevant to the curriculum and waste our four hours weekly in mathematics, we mainly deal in proof and theorem. There are very less real word applications that are being taught here. There are various areas for improvement like we can adapt the course or the curriculum.in universities like IITs,Cambridge Oxford and other big universities so that the placement and internship percentage can get improved in our college

Walking you through ADGIPS

I applied to IPU counselling through JEE mains. I didn't have many options but I was getting HMR university, Echleon institute of technology, Guru teg Bahadur 4th centenary college, etc. I chose this college because among other IP colleges it has a better placement ratio and good environment and crowd. I wanted colleges like Maharaja agrasen institute of technology, maharaja surajmal institute of technology, bhartiya vidhyapeeth which comes on top of IPU rank list but due to my JEE rank was not able to get it but I'm still content with what I have. To get into my college u need to have a JEE rank around 4L for Tech branches and 6-7 L for other branches like Ece, Me etc. Admission experience was fine IPU delays the process alot but it was still manageable so overall fine...Read More

An okay choice if you want a GGSIPU govt. degree

I honestly didn't want to go to a private college , that was never my first choice even my last choice also but with my jee mains rank that was around one lakh ninety thousand I couldn't get any of the nits or some government college.The reason I chose this college because this college is affiliated to GGSIPU (guru gobind singh indraprastha university), so the degree is a government recognized one which can be valuable in the future.This was one of the main factor for me in the finalizing this college.
