Remarks
I am applied for many colleges in my counselling college like Narula institute of technology and Haldia institute of technology and guru Nanak institute of technology and many colleges in west Bengal under WBJEE. I am not using any quota for my admission process iam take admission based on WBJEE marks. The admission criteria are very normal after getting your rank card you have to register at WBJEE counselling and after that, the choice filling process starts and then after the 2-week list is generated by WB jee then you have to apply for colleges got in counselling.
Course Curriculum Overview
Currently, I am pursuing BTech in CSE at GKCEM (a first-year student). I choose CSE because I'm very curious to learn new technologies and developing some things. The student and faculty member is well maintained in my branch that is CSE there are only 30 seats available and for 30 there are approx 10 teachers. The faculty in our college is well qualified and well experienced in teaching and some teacher has a very good way of teaching his pedagogy is very good. Term exam is held from time to time according to the schedule and practicals also done from time to time by teachers.
Internships Opportunities
Few such companies come to our college for an internship like Apollonius solution and many other companies visited in our college for internship and they give a stipend of 15k per month. College is situated in Kolkata is also a good thing to get an intern in off-campus mode and to get an intern you must comply DSA first for it sector it is very helpful.
Placement Experience
Students are eligible for placements from 7th-semester. A lot of companies visited in our college like TCS, CTS, Wipro, Infosys and Cheeg, Zensar etc highest package in our college is 7 LPA and the average package is 3.5 LPA. Almost 80 to 90% of student get placed, and my plans after getting a degree are to get the job.
Fees and Financial Aid
For my branch that is CSE tution fee is 35k per semester and the hostel fee is 5k per month our college provides good placements and according to the fee, it provides value for a money job opportunity is available in the 7th semester and there is also an option of the internship.
Campus Life
There were many annual fest and tech fest is organised in our college like spring fest and many other fests. In our college library facilities is also available in the library there are lots of books available. Sports like cricket badminton and football etc. There were many clubs provide by our college Music club, Rotary club etc.
