Remarks
First of all, it is a government university. And the fee for MBA is very less, so if you are good at studies and can not afford that high rates of MBA fee then this is the most likely place for you, to pursue higher studies. For getting admission to GURUKUL KANGIRI VISHVAVIDHYALYA you must be graduated from a reputed university and your score must be above 60% plus you must have your MAT/CAT/GMAT scores.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have chosen MBA from here as it was a government university also the fee was very less. Whenever we take admission we first see the return of investment we are getting and here is this we are getting very first because not only placement but faculty is too supportive and helping, they help us as a parent takes off their child. They all have a good knowledge of the subjects. They not only focus on your bookish knowledge they also make efforts in improving your personality by many activities which include JAM session, GD rounds and all. Also, the faculty has 7 to 8 years of experience in the corporate world then after that, they are teaching us which helps them to tell us about cracking interviews. Coming to exams there are two internal one external examinations with a 30:70 ratio.
Internships Opportunities
Many internship opportunities are given to the students after the completion of the second semester. And the student has to make a report about the challenges faced in the internship. As the college is near sidcul hub, all the students have the opportunity to get internships in their only. Due to the pandemic, I get the opportunity of internship in shine projects in the HR domain. Best startup of 2020 And many of my friends got the opportunity in different companies in different domains.
Placement Experience
As the return of investment is considered, you get a great amount of return here. All the students are placed in different companies during the placement drive. All the Mnc's like Tata, reliance, Amazon, TCS, and many more visits for the placement of new talent. After an internship in the 3rd semester and the completion of the 3rd sem, you are eligible to sit in the placement drive and attend the interviews. The average placement package is 3lakhs to 4lakhs per annum. The highest placement was 8 lakhs per annum. All most of all the students get placement only those who have backlog don't get placement. As there are minimum seats for the course, so mostly all the student gets placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees of the programs are not very high even it's very less. It is just around 1 lakh per year which is very less and affordable if pursuing MBA. The actual fee is 92,100 per year. As it is a government college so only government scholarships are available, the teacher provides you with all the related information. But like all the other colleges this college doesn't provide any concession in the fees as already fee amount is very less.
Campus Life
The campus is very big and full of trees and greenery. The Library of the college consists of all the books you will need during the completion of the course. You can sit there and read the books or you can issue books for some days for studying at your residence. There is a sports club on the campus where all the indoor games are available also there are separate grounds for football and cricket. Not only this university conducts intercollege sports competition in which all college takes part and plays against each other and the winner is awarded cash prize and certificates. Many other activities held day to day in the college.
Interview Experience
For taking admission to this college you need to be graduated in any stream with any of the recognized universities and must have passed the management exam i.e. MAT/CAT/GMAT. If you didn't have given any of the competitive exams then the college will conduct a written test and interview round for admission (which I faced as I didn't give any competitive exam) written exam consisted of multiple-choice questions. That was on analytical analysis, aptitude analysis, and general knowledge. And the last step was a personal interview, interviewer asked me about myself and my expectations about the future.
