The BSC guides

In our District, Bankura Sammilani College is the best of all the colleges. Its faculty, facility and many more things are much better than any others. The overall result of the students of this college is better than others. In this college, the management provides lots of books and other necessary products regarding our courses. Here we get all the extra-curricular facilities also. They're also providing online classes due to this pandemic. We are admitted to the college using its own website.

I like Physics than any other subjects. I think it's much more understandable for me. So that I choose this subject. The ratio of faculty-student in my course is 1:3. All the facilities are highly qualified. Most of them have PhD degree. And some are pursuing it. There are 2 exams in a year. And the exams are quite impressive and knowledgeable. We have studied a lot to get good marks

As this is a graduation college they don't provide any campusing to the students. But from the NSS department, they are providing a special campusing program for the students. There is only one company for campusing. Its name is TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES. The highest package a student get from this is 28000 INR after graduation. And the average is 20000 INR. 10-20% of students participate in this program. And among them, only 1-2% got selected. After getting the degree I will go for the GOVERNMENT JOBS like WBCS, UPSC.

The fees of this college are quite normal to others. But in some courses, the fees are a little bit higher, which some people can't afford in rural areas. But overall it's ok. We have to pay the whole fee of the year in advance. It's between 3000-9000 INR. And we have to pay the exam, enrollment and registration fee along with this every year. There's a lot of scholarship provided by the government. The students with good merit and poor background can get the scholarship easily.

There is one annual fest. It's generally organised in the months of January-February. the name of this fest is BSC STUDENTS DEVELOPMENT & CULTURAL PROGRAMME. There are lots of books and journals available in our library. All the students have the access to that materials. All the classrooms are quite big and good in condition. We have a sports ground. We have Gym, NCC, NSS as extra-curricular activities. There are NSS that is a social servicing group conducted by students with the help of some teachers.
