K-CET was the exam I took. I scored 102/180 i choose this college cause of its history.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course structure is simple subject are evenly distributed in all semesters the electives include air pollution and control, construction project management, numerical methods in civil engineering, theory of elasticity, solid waste management, advanced RCC.

Placement Experience

The job opportunities are very good last academic year recorded 1000 job offers from the various companies that visited the college.

There are 4 fests two technical and two cultural they are namely Inspiron fiesta milagro and civita people from various colleges come to participate-in the events.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is very feasible and affordable to the poor section of the society.

Exam Structure

Exam structure is swift and the theory exams get completed within two weeks with a minimum of one day interval between two subjects.

Faculty

The faculty of engineering are very well qualified with most of them having Ph.Ds they have vast field experience and are very good at simplifying the subject.

the placement oppurtunity in my collage are the quite good especilly for computer science and it branches from seventh semester ownwards students become eligible for campous placements many reputed companies visit our campous every year including infosys tcs vipro oracle google fedility amazon etc.free product based companies like amazon zoho meesho also conduct intervies for high perfoming students like santosh pradeep sharth amit bhuvan they got placed inamazon for 24 lpaa name called dhanush 58 lpa and the gold medalist of our college.our college average package is 6lpa,around 80 to 85 percent students get placed every year

An amazing college experience that shaped my future

Placement Experience:

The placements record of Bangalore institute of technology is quite impressive and has been improving every year.Students become eligible for for campus placements from fifth sem onwards.The college has dedicated training and placement cell.Many companies are visited the campus including Google Micrsoft cisco tcs phonepe asian paints fadility amazon and more.Apart from IT companies a few core and startup firms also offer roles.The average package offered is around 4 to 5 LPA.The highest package is 57 LPA offered gy MIcrosoft company.Nearly 80 to 90 percentage of students from the eligible batch secure placements every year.If I did't placed in my college I plan to work for few year to gain experience and later pursue a master's degree to enhance my career.

After the 6th sem the students are allowed for internships and can go for placement campus selection or off campus placement and the avg goes to 6.5 to 7 lpa which is quite decent and good percentage of students get placed every year

Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi need to change their curriculum as soon as possible because in the era of Artificial intelligence we are lagging behind and this traditional syllabus need to be scraped out and make from scratch from industry experts. I had applied to the UVCE for civil engineering branch first option and first round I got BIT college i don't have interest to go to that college because of high fees . So I waited for UVCE college because of its professors and it's name and famous earlier and it's a first engineering college in the Karnataka and it's 5th engineering college in the india because of its history i have choose this college . Students need to rank below 5000 in KCET exam to get ISE and CSE branch and 10000 for ECE and EEE branch and 20000 for Civil and Mech branch .
