Remarks

I have choosen NIE becase as per my knowledge it's one of the best institute in India and students are really lucky to get graduated here, and offcourse to get seat in this college you have to study really hard in your PU days and later you may get a good result, and mainly NIE is known for its best education system so i have choosen this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course I have choosen is Civil engineering which is one of the oldest branch in the college and the faculties are very friendly and supportive, and this course have lots of opportunities in the coming days and as the development of the country is seen through its infrastructure, civil engineers plays a crucial role, and talking much about facilities, they are supportive likewise they are strict regarding the academics and Curriculum.

Internships Opportunities

4

Since I'm a second year student presently I don't know much about internship and all, and as per my seniors suggestions when compared to other colleges in the city, NIE has good internship opportunities for the students and get placed in a good companies.

Placement Experience

4.5

The placement depends upon the students talent and their skills and sometimes it depends upon the branch that you have choosen and as per my knowledge placement opportunities are really well in the college and many students get placed every year and it's almost 90% of the students get placed for a well reputed companies.

College Events

The campus life is really great and you can see some green in the college and can spend time watching trees and plants around the college, and the college has 3 main buildings namely :1.Administartion blockIn this block office rooms, scholarship department and Mtech students realated activities are carried out and some of the branches like civil, electronic, electrical, branches buildings and labs are there.2. Golden jublee block:This building has many classrooms and almost all the first year students will be here itself, even some of the final year students classroom will be here only, it depends on the branch,3. Diamond jublee block:This block is mainly ment to carry cultural activities and sports related things, even the college fest takes part in this block. There are many clubs in the college related to branches and techniques develping things which students can afford.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure is comparatively less when compared to other colleges in the city and demands less fees and economical even some of the poor children can afford if they have good learning ability and have the capacity to learn, and talking about scholarship, the college provides opportunities to apply for scholarships like VIDYASIRI, NATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP,etc and other scholarships for underprivileged ones, and if the student has secured good marks, i mean good ranking in their compititive exam their fees will be screend and talking about campus jobs, NIE is mainly known for its Campus selection and many companies visit to hire students and IT branch students have lots of opportunities when it compared to other branch students.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

I am not staying in the hostel as I'm staying in Mysore itself, and as per my knowledge the hostel facility is soo well organised and food given by them is also of good quality and it's really good.

Admission

I didn't face any group discussion or interview for the admission, my admission was purely based on the KCET ranking and i have got 20k ranking in it and got seat in the college, and if you have scored good ranking in your compititive exam you will be having lots of opportunities to get seat in the college

My friend got payable at 2nd year but he didn't improve his skills and struggled at last he lost placement but got hired in developing company. Course Curriculum Overview:

We have really packed timings. We also have a lot of chances. Like an exchange program, internships and many chances to act or work in actual projects. I really hope they could teach us animation in the course and it would really help if the clubs are active. For every exam we have to come up with something new totally out of the box. sometimes we also have to work overtime.

As i have heard from my seniors the placements are good. It all depends in our creativity and knowledge on how to tackle the outside problems. The highest package must be around 3500000 and lowest package must be around 100000.

In our period it was prestigious to study commerce stream in our college and had good rating for the course and the for students who passed out from that college. The management had good lot of concern about the poorer section of the society and hence kept the fee structure at a very nominal level and thus help to get education for all
