GEEE i don't remember rank and score but it was not mandatory for admission in my college i have seen people doing direct admission with 50% marks in +2 and then also admitted in this university no offence because this is new university.
Course Curriculum Overview
If we only see what's written on the board we would be surprised by the efforts done by this university to design the curriculum and academic & non-academic exposure but its a huge BUT if we walk on the shoes of the students particularly talking about cse i would say that they the faculties and as well as basic facilities are most of the times less than mediocre firstly about basic infrastructure there are no lifts in c-block , our classes are on 5th floor (god damn it!) for toilets or water go down with stairs to infinity no a.c in entire c-block (there are a.c in a & b blocks but just for 1 or 2 months at the time of 1st yrs admission) Everyday we take our sweaty filthy faces to our class and find a teacher soo dumb can't even speak properly(although some teacher do there best and are remarkable but the lack of electricity & ncr heat makes them helpless and tired.
Internships Opportunities
Yes our college do provide internship (i read an e-mail before the summer break regarding this ) but never went to do an internship so can't say anything about it.
College Events
As we know university always has an extra but equally important thing in addition to academic the EVENT part is always been a STRONG point of this university(in collaboration with gcet) the well known g-Qazar includes a bunch of events 15 august , freshers party, workshops.
Exam Structure
No doubt exams are always tough but i must add if i study wisely(after college routine of 9 am to 5 pm) its cup off tea not a big factor for end sem don't worry if you have 35+marks in your cat(test) u"ll score 7.5 above (according to my thesis ). *this article is prohibited for lastmomentprep
Faculty
Some teachers do exist (if u r able enough to find them) who are ready to make you learn by different methods (innovation inside u can be sparked only with the right guide) in first year also i saw some of the teachers so much devoted but there are some we cant say how they got this damn job, cant say if they have knowledge or some type of connections to our college heads but they are in the place.
