Course Curriculum Overview

4

The syllabus is decent and covers all the main subjects needed for engineering. It helped me understand the basics properly, but for real skills you still need to practice on your own. Exams happen regularly and are not very hard if you attend classes. More practical work and updated topics would make the course better and more useful.

Internships Opportunities

5

There are many many companies like google, Microsoft, infosys and many more you can see in the website of galgotias but most of the company do mass recruitment and the average package is 6 to 7 lpa around

Placement Experience

5

Students become eligible for placements from 6th or 7th semester and Many mass recruiters and some product-based companies visit.Average package is around 3–4 LPA and highest goes much higher for top students. About 60 – 70 % students get placed. Others go for higher studies, internships, or off-campus jobs after graduation

Fees and Financial Aid

Earlier, the BTech course fee at Galgotias University during my time was ?1,69,000, but now it has increased to ?1,75,000. This ?1,75,000 includes all fees — the college does not charge any extra fees like registration fee or exam fee; everything is included in this amount. First, they take ?25,000 as registration fee. Then the remaining amount, which is ?1,75,000 ? ?25,000 = ?1,50,000, is taken later. If you get a backlog or are debarred, then extra charges are taken: ?2,800 per subject for a backlog ?2,300 for being debarred

Campus Life

3

Campus life is active with events like G-Fest and tech fests usually held in spring. There are so many clubs for coding, cultural and sports activities, so students can easily get involved and the Library has enough books and online journals for study. Classrooms have projectors and Wi-Fi. Sports facilities are decent and help students relax from studies

Admission

I applied to a few private universities but Galgotias offered a better balance of fees, location, and placements. Some colleges had higher cutoffs or higher fees , so I couldn’t go there. The admission process here was simple through 12 th marks, document verification, and fee payment. Overall, it was smooth and quick

Faculty

3

Faculty to students ratio is average because the intake of the students is very large , and the faculty quality is also good there are very experienced faculty and newbie also so you experiences both of them. but the faculty focuses more on syllabus then concept clarity and Course follows university and AICTE guidelines. Exams has mid sem exam, end sem and also internal assessment which is required for cgpa. Exams are generally hard students who attend class often don't get back. The marking scheme is Internal assessment includes attendance, tests, assignments, and labs.

Night Life

3

The nightlife is very good and hostel based is also very calm. Clean sky with friends also has best memories the area is safe and secure and most imp there are plenty of space for roaming and night camps

Placement Experience:

Since I am in second semester, I don't have a lot of experience or knowledge when it comes to placements or internships in general. But from what I've heard, we do get fairly big to moderate level companies visiting our college for placements every semester. These include TCS, amazon, Infosys, Deloitte and many more. Percentage of students getting placed is approximately 90 percent. In my case, I plan on pursuing higher education in Germany for my master's after completing my bachelor's from here....

he B.Tech curriculum is highly relevant in its foundational years. Subjects like Computer Architecture, Operating Systems, and DBMS (Database Management Systems) are the "bread and butter" of engineering. They provide the logic required to understand how software interacts with hardware.

Accurate Institute of Management and Technology - [AIMT], Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Computer Science and Engineering)
Reviewed on Jan 29, 2026(Enrolled 2025)

Placement Experience:

The placement scenario at Accurate Institute of Management & Technology is average, which is similar to most mid-tier private colleges affiliated with AKTU. Campus placements are available, but students should not expect very high packages automatically. Mostly, students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th or 7th semester, depending on the course and company criteria. Companies that generally visit the campus include TCS, Wipro, Infosys (off-campus support), HCL, Axis Bank, HDFC Life, ICICI Prudential, and some sales, BPO, and startup-based companies. Around 50–60% students get placed through campus, while others either go for off-campus opportunities, higher studies, or skill-based courses. The placement cell provides basic training like aptitude, soft skills, and interview preparation, but students need to work hard on their own to improve employability. My plane after completing my degree is upgrading my skill as much as possible and may be apply for off campus placement if I did not get better pay.
