Remarks

SMS, CUSAT has good placements and has a good ranking among B-schools in Kerala. The campus is awesome. The admission process involves Group Discussion and Interview, but considering COVID-19, admissions are on the basis of entrance scores. The staff are very friendly.

Course Curriculum Overview

MBA is a good course that too from reputed colleges to secure good jobs. Faculty: Students ratio will be around 1:30-35. All faculty have their respective PhDs. Online classes are now going on. All exams were as per schedule. No strikes could affect the working of the institute.

Course Fees: INR 34000 per year

Placement Experience

From the third semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Amazon, ICICI Bank, South Indian Bank, Noukari.com, etc visits here. Packages range from 4L-12L. Almost 100% gets placed. I plan to get a job.

Fees and Financial Aid

Considering other Institutes fees is very decent here. Many scholarships are available for students. Faculty will guide you through these processes and all you have to do is apply for the relevant ones.

Campus Life

Talentime is the fest conducted by the School of Management Studies. All types of books are available as we have a library for SMS and a Central Library for all faculties. Classrooms are made smart these years. Good intercollege sports and other activities. We have all types of social clubs like Sparsham (for social responsibility), Book, Movie clubs, etc.

Great College with Best ROI

Placement Experience:

From the 5th Semester onwards, i.e. in November the placement process starts. The eligibility criteria for placements is to get at least 4.8 CGPA out of 8 CGPA. Approximately 60 or more companies have visited our campus until now and more than 85% of people have been placed. (As of 3rd February 2022) The highest package until now is around 14 Lakh per annum and the average package per company is around 8 Lakh per annum. (As of 3rd February, 2022) We have a target of 100% placements until April 2022. I have already been placed, so, my plan is to do well in the job I got into, and I'm very happy about it.

CMAT/kmat/CAT score is necessary and there is no specific cut-off. After normalizing the score, the shortlisting process will be done. Around 700 students get the short list and after that, GD and PI will be conducted. 70% weightage is for normalized score and 30% weightage is for GD and PI. A good campus which helps build your career

The eligibility came down to three aspects entrance exam marks gd and interview. Entrance exam included cmat kmat and cat exams there were no exact cut off but a minimum of 200 in kmat is required.
