Remarks

The best thing is that I got admission to the college of Delhi University while having a south campus is an advantage for me to travel daily from my residence. I prefer to say that our college has the best crowd on the whole South campus and everyone can take the benefits of it by exploring yourself, building a network which is the must thing for all. It was really nice experience while in the admission process because seniors help me a lot in that.

Course Curriculum Overview

I'm in Bcom Hons because moving towards my graduation which is done from commerce in honours is such a great thing. It's a high level course having a choice of two subjects in it. Our teachers are likely really helpful while teaching.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 2 per year

Internships Opportunities

Of course, Yes, I've been doing an Internship since my 1st year. I've done 7 Internships in Graphic Designing and College helped me to get these very easily! This always boosts and resume for further interviews and profiles.

Placement Experience

Now I'm in my 2nd year of college! I've some idea regarding placement because I'm the Senior Coordinator of the Placement cell of our college. There are enough companies which onboard at the end of the year. Like LIC, KPMG.

Fees and Financial Aid

Our college fees are quite normal as in Delhi University that is something 14000 for 1st Year which is perfect while having the finest education and experience. No scholarship found for me on the college campus.

Campus Life

I've been a part of the commerce society and placement cell of our college where we help annual fest, mid sem fest which are such a wonderful time having in college. We've learnt a lot of skills while leading a fest, working as a team member and more.

Underrated College of DU!

Placement Experience:

Students from 3rd year onwards may sit for placements. There are several companies visiting our college for placements, such as Zomato, Tech Mahindra, EY, MagicPin, etc. My plans after getting the degree personally include pursuing a PG degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculam is well-structured and covers all the core subject relevant to the field . It help in building strong theroritcial knowledge but lacks enough real-world case studies and industry exposure . Exam are conducted regularly and are of moderate difficulty . Adding more project-based or skill oriented components would make the course more practical and beneficial for placements or higher studies .

When students enter 3rd year of their college , they are eligible to sit for placements but should have minimum 8 CGPA .A lot of companiess visit campus , details of companies are on the website of college.The highest placement till now is 20 Lakhs per Annum and average goes around 6-7 Lakhs per Annum. A decent percentage of students get placed. Honestly most students here are pursuing professional courses so they don't sit for placements instead continue with their courses .

Why DU has the best college life

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that great but decent. Mostly placements are good in the north campus but still my college provides decent placements. However one has to maintain their academic score for the same and be consistent.
