Brand name, Good location, Good placements, since I am interested in Finance and the financial intellect of the college is well known I was inclined towards pursuing Pgdm in BFS from IMI, New Delhi. The facilities provided in the college are also very good.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose the course because of the financial intellect the college possess. It is in the heart of Delhi and the facilities are very good and helpful. The course curriculum is top notch and very well upto the industry standards.
Internships Opportunities
There are live projects available in the field of marketing and finance. The summer internship projects carry a weight of 3 credit in our curriculum. The company's which visit our campus for Internship are from different sectors.
Placement Experience
The placements are good in our college. The average package is around 10 to 13 lakhs. I would like to work in the Banking and financial sector after my degree as I feel I'll be able to add value to the organisation.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is a scholarship available to those students whose family income is less than 500000 per annum. The jobs we get are from different industries. For ex, banking, FMCG, consulting etc. There is a feel hike policy in place.
Campus Life
College life is very good in our college. Along with studies, there are lots of extracurricular activities available to the students. Our annual sports and the cultural fest is know as Kritva and our annual management conclave is known as conventus.
Hostel Facilities
The mess food is okay. And the rooms are clean and double sharing with attached bathrooms. The first year hostel is off campus while the second year hostel is on campus. There is a laundry service available to the students.
Interview Experience
There is was a written ability test and then an interview. I don't remember the topic of my WAT but the interview consisted of questions regarding my interest and hobbies. They also asked questions regarding my graduation.
