The college gives more importance to Academics and comparatively less importance to co-curricular activities. But that being said, they encourage you to participate in internships and take you out for industrial trips to have a practical exposure of the concepts learnt in class.

I took EAMCET examination as an entrance test. I scored a rank of 3595 and got a seat in this college in the second counselling under Electrical Engineering department.

The course structure focuses well on the research area. There are electives that lessen the burden of complex courses during the final semesters. The overall course content is evenly spread across all the semesters to allow the student to better understand every concept.

No, the college doesn't provide any internships. But that being said, they encourage students to take part in internships in big companies like L&T, BHEL, ECIL etc.

The placement and job opportunities are very good. Companies like Intel, Deloitte, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, L&T, Capgemini etc come to the college to conduct interviews and select students. Typically the salary ranges between 2-15 Lakhs per annum.

The college conducts a Cultural as well as Technical Fest, that allows every student to participate and win prizes. They are pretty big. Celebrities may be expected every year. A lot of sponsors come forward to finance the Technical fest. I have won many prizes through active participation.

The fee structure was feasible when I was a student in the college. But later on, the government has increased the prices for every college and I am not aware of the current fee structure. The college followed JNTU-Hyderabad's fee structure. Now, the college attained autonomous status and may have different fee structure all together.

I am not aware of any scholarships given to the students apart from the reimbursement given by the government. But, the management gives cash awards to students with excellent academic performance.

Campus life encourages students from different backgrounds and diversity and stay impartial. The campus has various labs, recreational centers for sports, huge library and an amazing canteen. Apart from this, the college conducts a Cultural as well as Technical Fest, that allows every student to participate and win prizes.

I have never stayed in the hostel. So, I am not fully aware of the details. But that being said, the hostel looks big with all the required facilities like individual rooms, dining hall and common rooms etc. The hostel is very close to the main campus. I am not aware of the rent and other finances.

The management makes an effort to keep all the alumni students in touch by doing a timely follow up. Senior students and alumni were my connections on LinkedIn, they have helped me find the right place while applying for Graduate studies abroad.

When I was a student, the college followed exam structure as per JNTU rules and regulations. Now that the college has attained autonomous status, the rules may have changed. There are monthly examinations that account to the final grade, lab examinations and final examinations.

The faculty in the college are highly skilled and professional. They aim to share their knowledge and encourage the students to think and explore beyond limits. All the examinations are evaluated fairly. The faculty are friendly and are easily approachable.
