This is one of the top private colleges after IEM and Techno Main Salt Lake. The faculty is very good. Teachers are also friendly to students and very helpful. They always give motivation for studying. They encourage every student. The courses offered by the college are the same as the others. But every student needs a secure job after their BTech. So in this college, the placement of CE, EE, ECE, CSE are very good. Almost 80% of students placed by college placement. Average package is around 3 lakhs to 4 lakhs per annum. This year a new course is offered by the college is Computer science and Business System. It's a very good opportunity for those who will have a plan for an MBA in future. They will get a massive advantage in future for higher studies and also for the college placement. Admission to this college is proceeding through WBJEE, JEE and Management Quota. This course is offered by TCS. So we have a very good opportunity for placement and also for future studies. We are the first batch of CSBS and we have a total seat of 30 students. 26 took admission this year. Teachers are so helpful and good as their academic qualification. You need to follow every class. If you want a good result you have to study a regular basis and follow class notes, reference books etc. To pass the subjects is not so tough but you have to score well for placement. So you have study daily.

You can take internships in your favourite company. The college will not give you any suggestions about that. They will tell you to take internships in good companies for good resumes for a better placement.

Placement cell is good. Not 100% of students placed on college placement but almost 70-80% of students placed through placement. You can take an eye on the college main website for placement details of previous 3 or 5 years and also find those names who were placed through placement. TCS, Cognizant, are mass recruiters for Kolkata students.

Total fees for this stream is 3,93,000 for 4 years. 1st sem you have to pay 74,250 and the remaining fees they will take throughout the 7 semesters equally. You can apply for SVMCM Scholarship, NSP etc for financially poor students. You can apply for a loan in banks.

In the college, every year fest's are arranged. Many students participate in those. This fest is conducted in the beginning for freshers. You can take your semesters books from the library. The librarian is very good. Classrooms are like our school classroom. You will feel like a school in the college classroom. Cricket, Football and other games are played on the campus. You will find many clubs, groups etc run by those college students.
