Kalindi college is a women college of delhi university. This college is prominent journalism college of capital delhi university. It is located in East Patel Nagar, Centra Delhi one of the best residential area. For journalism course this college is first choice for everyone so i opt this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Kalindi College is specially known as best for journalism department. all labs are well equipped. course is according to DU guidelines. Teachers are professional. this college also offer two add on courses in photo journalism and video production. Teacher have good command over their subjects.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 65000 per year

Placement Experience

Kalindi college lack in term of placements. No internship is provided here. All UG courses are only for degree. I joined add on course in photo journalism in second year. This enable full time student college pursue additional qualification. It help them to get job. If you want degree from delhi university then this college is ok but for placement do not expect much.

College Events

As kalindi college is only for women so girls are freely allowed to wear shorts. many fest are held specially journalism fest. canteen's spring rolls, samosa, tea are a must have. As this women college so not very famous but all extracurricular activities are performed.

Cuet is the eligibility. Like 70-80% percentile in physics can get you in kalindi. Application are announced nearly in March- april. This exam happens once a year. Cuet have a bit of lengthier and time taking admission procedure but it's worth it....Read More
