Remarks

Maualana Azad Medical college is available only for top rankers in NEET PG which makes me feel very happy to get this college. I am so glad that I could make it to one of the most revered colleges of the country. Clinical exposure is pretty good here

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is for 3 years but if you fail because of an angry professor than you might have to repeat the course for another year. So be regular with your studies. OPDs are very hectic. there's always a long queue of patients waiting for you.

Campus is beautiful. weather of Delhi is amazing. winters are cool and pleasant. Greenery is just a delight for the eyes. I love Mamc statue in the campus is a nice photospot. We enjoy at canteens and on weekemds

I feel like the curriculum is a little out dated and boring but due to a good faculty it makes the course more worthwhile The curriculum is very text based and less practical and more emphasis on bookish knowledge persists still .

Students after completing third year are eligible for placement. Placements start before starting of fourth year, and it requires students to have no backlogs in any subjects. However companies can imply their own rules to filter the students such as minimum CGPA criteria. But placements of our college is one of the best placement for a non-IIT college, despite having so many student intake.

Campus Life:

The Fest organised by this college is Priyadarshini and the annual fest Rajnigandha. The Fest are not great in comparison to other du college and are not that much celebrated. There are many different kinds books present in library like literature,Hindi, Chemistry, Maths, zoology, biology, botany, political science, History Geography the books are only alloted till 12pm and only for 15 days after that you will be charged if book is not returned Sports and Extracurricular are good but classrooms are not that great most projectors in classrooms don't work . There are many good societies in college like jamini the art society and others but joining has caused students to leave their classes which affects them academically
