Course Curriculum Overview

Faculties are extraordinary but the curriculum should have added more practical projects. The facilities available in the college takes you more closer to the actual engineering field.IF You are an active and social person, you'll get all chance to be part of all the clubs and activities.

Class Size: 20Course Fees: INR 32000 per year

Placement Experience

There were more than 400 offers given to the students in various companies.About 100 companies visited.Awesome placement training sessions were conducted prior to the placement process.Company specific trainings were alse comducted.

College Events

There are tech fests, cultural fests and every other activities available. There are many technical societies and organizations available. There are art related gatherings and showcases conducted from time to time

Course Curriculum Overview:

Data Science is a rising field in computer science. It has lots of oppurtunities in todays world and easy compared to other fields, which made me choose data science. The curriculum consist of various computer programming languages including Python, R and so on which are vital in the field of data science. There are also experienced faculties for teaching of the programming languages. I personally felt that lab hours are not adequate and also the available hours are also not properly utitlised by some teachers. At the end of each semester we have exams and results are published soon as the exams are over, no lagging compared to other universitites.

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Is engineering here worth it?

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA

A honest review on NSSCE Palakkad

For admission,you have to write KEAM examination amd secure a decdnt rank as this is one of the most demanded colleges in kerala.You have to appear in allotment process and join if you gets tge allotment.The admission procedure was so smooth and as per KEAM rules. The course Instrumentation and control was available in very few colleges in kerala and this is the only government institution provides this particular course. I had applied for top colleges in Kerala for Engineering studies. I got admitted to NSSCE. I'm so glad that I'm a student of NSSCE. Admission to NSS College of Engineering. Mainly through KEAM Entrance examination conducted by the government of Kerala: General Quota, Reservation Quota are through KEAM Entrance examination of that year. You should have good marks in PCM subjects in the 12th standard. You should perform well in the KEAM Entrance examination of that year. Try solving Objective questions as many as possible. You definitely have to work hard to get admission to premium colleges like NSSCE. Management Quota admission: Should have good marks in 12th standard. Should quality KEAM Entrance examination of that year. Should have a good academic performance history. Admission to NSSCE is highly competitive.
