Remarks
Only govt technical university having MSc in biotech in Delhi as Delhi university currently has no MSc biotech course and in JNU where it is available, there are very less seats with large competition as it is a central university. And the same case is with Jamia Milia Islamia, Delhi.
Course Curriculum Overview
syllabus is good but can be better as we are the 1st batch for our course here so they might update and improve the syllabus in a couple of years. also the syllabus is bit lengthy than other universities. teachers and academics are good here just practical labs need to be better. Lab experience for students is poor.
Placement Experience
placements are also good for btech students. but for masters students scenerio is different. not all companies come for masters only few big as they have to pay more whereas they can get graduate students for less amount. but for MSc students placements are more tricky. but as we are 1st batch cant say lot about that for now.
College Events
campus life is very good out here. you will find the campus big and one can get easily tired roaming around the whole campus. canteen, maggi baba, night cafe are the places for foodies. Fest and events are there whole year and you can enjoy with friends. for extracurricular activities there are socities you can join like literature, dance, music etc.
Campus Life
sports facilities are good enough there is large ground and you can play football, basketball, volleyball, tennis, badminton and may others. good amount of books are available in library with ample seating capacity and it is fully air conditioned having 3 floors. equipments in labs are ok but there can be more lab facilities. wifi is good although you have to visit library and nearby areas to access a good speed.
