Remarks

I'm interested in Computer Science & Engineering. I got a seat in CSE department at NIT Andhra so I joined this institute. This college administration is not good towards students. Teacher don't have proper knowledge. I request all freshers to avoid this institute if they want good careet.

Course Curriculum Overview

Very Bad Faculties because they don't have proper knowledge. when you complain to administration then administration will not support you instead they support only teacher. Whole department is corrupt and secured senior position on the power of money and Physical relations.

Campus life is good. hostel rooms are small but good in condition, class rooms are also good, extracurricular activities are in last stage because of lack of support. couples are not allowed in college, you can't sit in loan with your Girlfriend/Boyfriend.

Campus Life

sports facilities are good, wi-fi is in last stage, size of library is too small even you can't sit there after 6:00pm, equipment in the lab are good. Air conditioned classrooms are available. computer labs are very good.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is good and clean. have 4, 2, 1 seater rooms. 4 seater rooms for 1st years, 2 seater rooms are for 2nd & 3rd years, 1 seater rooms are only for 4rth year students. mess food is very bad even you can't taste.

Hostel Fee: INR 55000 per year

Review of My college

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students are eligible to sit in the campus placement. There are a lot of companies that visit my college including Amazon, TCS, Wipro, Quaxy and many more. Number of offers made are above 500. Highest package in 2024 was 40 lpa and average package was 5 lpa. Almost 90 percent of the students were placed. I'll go with placement after my degree.

Placement Experience:

From the third semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placements based on thier performance and cgpa or else they must be placed after four semesters in b. Tech. Many companies like Tesla, Amazon, Google, Infosys, Wipro, .. visit the college annually. Average package is of 8lakh per annum and the highest package is 60lpa. 80 percent of the students get placed at the end of the semester. My plans after the degree is to get a good job offering me a minimum 40lpa and after the will establish my own company in the market.

Placements were definitely not subdued as top companies in real estate and Infrastructure building. Both private and government companies and one major company that has started coming from our passout year is Mazgaon Dock. I wish I could make it there but atleast 14 student of our batch were placed there.

Rather than this college I also applied for other colleges nit's in the counseling I got this college because of my rank.i also choose this college because it has good placement percentage and average package.and one more reason is I am a native of Andhra Pradesh so this college will be some near also and the food will be good. College life at NIT-AP

I liked this college because studying at a national institute is every student's dream. It is not that much easy. Particularly, we can't compare these national institutes with other colleges as they are highly prestigious. The main reason why I have chosen this college, we (Andhra) people have 50% reserved seats in the college. Eligibility is students should have to clear their jee mains exam with the best percentile to secure their dream branch. The cut-off will be changed every year. It is around the 93 percentile to achieve a branch in the college for an Oc student. Overall admission process is very smooth and not that complex....Read More
