Entrance Preview

CET it's a exam conducted by Maharashtra state. I scored 143 out of 200. I opted for Vishwakarma institute of technologyBecause it's an autonomous institute.

Course Curriculum Overview

It's been fabulous I learned international languageand also business management course .I learned volleyball and yoga too ad elective .And in the first year of engineering I learned cost and accounting to.

Internships Opportunities

I haven't got any internship yet. It's Just because I didn't apply. But vit does provide internship to students and also organises internship mela every year. With the help of any faculty we can also get internship by their contacts.

Placement Experience

As I'm from chemical field most people don't opt for it then either appear for Gre or GATE exams. Good companies come for giving jobs and also people get placed in other streams.

College Events

We celebrate Vishwakarandak as interdepartmental event. We celebrate Melange as intercollegiate. We celebrate Vishwautsav as a cultural event every year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's under some national scheme.The fee stuctue is under the pune university.The fee structure is good. As I got the scholarship so actual fee structure for regular student. I don't know.

Fees and Financial Aid

But they offer such scholarships. As many times I have seen notices regarding scholarship's so I'm sure that they provide scholarships and also manages to get from outside help.

Except for VIT, Pune, I had applied to colleges like PCCOE, PICT and etc colleges located in Pune itself. My JEE rank was around 77000 or 91.12 percentile and my CET percentile was 96.4, so I couldnt get into PICT. Even if i wanetd to get into PICT, i was getting the EnTC branch, which i didnt want. The admission process included firstly of CAP round followed by SPOT round. The cutoff for various branches depends on the CET and JEE Merit rank/percentile that you have got and on the basis of that youll get the branches in CAP or SPOT round....Read More
