Remarks

It is the best university within a short distance from my home. The faculty here is very well qualified and friendly. The campus has a very serene and beautiful atmosphere. This college is one of the oldest institutions in Kerala.

Course Curriculum Overview

The academic curriculum is up to date.the faculty is very well qualified and friendly. The course curriculum takes all apsects of modern education into consideration. Academics is very good here. A lot of learning and researching happens here.

There are good placements and job opportunities in this university. Many seniors have opted for legal practice but many others have obtained jobs through placement via the placement cell of our college.

College Events

Campus life is amazing here. There are a lot of activities to take part in this campus. All kinds of activities like sports, literary events etc.take part here. There are also other inter collegiate functions and competitions held in the university campus.

Campus Life

The campus has a good infrastructure with ample resources. The sports ground amd other associated facilities are well maintained. The infrastructure is well maintained as well. It is good in an overall sense.

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
