Remarks

College is near to my home when compared to other engineering colleges. Nitte college is well known college in my area. The courses provided in Nitte are very good and lectures are very friendly. Many relatives suggested Nitte college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Few subjects are not updated. Industry exposure is less. Faculty are good and friendly. All faculty are good in biotech department. Labs are good but less equipment's are provided and few are not in working condition.

Class Size: 37Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Placement Experience

Many IT companies have visited my college. No core companies have visited our department. Alumni job referrals are good.

College Events

There are many technical and non technical clubs in our college. Incredia is the main annual fest conducted in even semester. Holi, Onam, Karnataka rajoystava are the festivals celebrated in college.

Great college with poor placement

Placement Experience:

Placements are the only bad thing about the college . Average ctc is only 4 lakhs per annum and only handful of students get actual placement.and rest get placed in either call center or training companies

Pgdm At JAGsom - My Honest Take

Placement Experience:

After 5th semester, We have our internship as IIP. The companies coming are namely, Blackrock, Oxane, Zepto, Informatica and more. The placements are going well for Marketing and Finance. The Highest package is 50lpa and median is 10lpa. But if you stay in top 10-20% in your batch you can get, 13-14lpa. The profiles offered are of management trainee, financial analyst, data analyst, etc. Around 60-70% of the batch gets placed, but cracking interviews for placements is in student's hand.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the classes are taken regularly in preclinical and paraclinical subject and some of clinical subjects as well. these are slidepresentation, demonstration and group discussions. there is great learning opportunities. case discusions are done in clinical postings. integrated leaning is not much practiced and would be drawback. library timings are not suitable at all.

A complete discipline with education

The placement are good average packages 8 lakhs highest packages 35 lakhs and the companies include Google ,Microsoft ,service now companies and usually internships are provided as students become eligible for internship after 3rd year percentage of students getting placement 80% my plans still not yet decided

A good college for starting your new journey

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible to sit for placement in their final years. The companies which comes for the placement are deloitte, goldmanSachs, amazon and many more reputed companies. And they do make many offers. The highest package reports around 30 LPA and the average goes on around 3 to 4.5 LPA. Around 70-90 percent get placements. My plans is to pursue higher studies.
