Remarks

the factors that made me choose this college are actually nothing concerning enough to talk about. My father chose the college for me I just wanted the BBA degree but when i stated studying there it was nice. They had good infrastructure to support us.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our curriculum was well updated we had 2 industrial visits one was with the HP company and the other was with the FRANKE company both were good companies which had provided us with great insight on how a company works in different departments and showed us what will be a working atmosphere in a company.

Class Size: 7Course Fees: INR 300000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Yes, i have opted for a internship in the company called Franke which was for 3 months Rs 2000 per week. For the first few days there was not much work to do at all but after a week or so, we were given a project of making designs for new project of the company. After that i was tranfered to warehousing department where i did mostly logistics.

Placement Experience

The company FRANKE which we visited offered interships to the students after proper screening and interviews and according to our performance they will decide to make us permanent or not. the alumni had given us tremendous insight on how to apply for jobs and to look good on the interviews and how to behave professional in the company,

College Events

We had a lot of Technical, Cultural, Management Festivals and activies during the three years i studied there for example Onam Festival, we had sadhya and flower arts competitons, Food Festival with wide range foods from the hotel management department and something to remember is the photography competition on the topic social networking and i won the competition

Campus Life

We have a basketball court, we have a well equiped gym and well cleaned washrooms, all day wifi facilities and also a good library with a wide collection of books, we have a cafe with a wide range of energy drinks and snacks

Placement Experience:

5th sem you get the placement in goods company. Tata motors of gujrat visited in our campus to get the new freshers in our college. The highest package of our college is 1000000 avg is 300000 to 500000. The students of getting placement 75% . My plan get the degree to do business.

I had NIT Raipur Chemical Engg, rejected it because I didn't like the campus amenities of the same, zero sports facilities, they play Football on a Red Soil literally. I got this in CSAB and hence it was a better ranked college than NITRR, i've heard of people opting a lower preferred branch in BITM over a branch in NITRR such the brand value of the college. I scored pretty avg in JEE 58k rank so wasn't eligible for all the clgs anyhow. Admission process is pretty simple JOSSA and CSAB. Admission experience is obviously good because why would a clg not welcome a laxmi lol jk....Read More

Actually This college was in my list but as a last option as i was getting RVCE and BMS few reputed colleges of bangalore but my parents insisted for this college as this college carries a good brand name of BIT,Mesra. Yes, Due to my not so good performance in JEE Mains I did not get the college i was hoping for. A student should first appear in JEE Mains and score a good percentile to get in to this college.
