College management and administration is quite good. Everything is online and thus the time of student is saved. I heard in some colleges the manual fee and all takes a lot of time.
Entrance Preview
IIT JEE, it was a very difficult examination to crack at that point of time and it still is. Many students crave for getting into IITs because they are truly spectacular in terms of overall learning of a student. The exam and the counselling was conducted beautifully without any Flaws.
Course Curriculum Overview
The faculty of the college was truly remarkable as their knowledge about the subjects is at par which helps students when they want to study something out of the syllabus. It also helps in generation of new ideas.
Internships Opportunities
College internship at my point of time was not that good because at that time the world was suffering from recession. But still i managed to get into IFFCO.
Placement Experience
Placements also got affected ny recession. I still managed to get into Tata steel. However some students of my batch had to struggle a lot. Not the situation is quite joyous as all the students get placed in various startups.
College Events
There are various events like antaragni, techkriti, inter iit sports festival, udghosh, etc. All kinds of cultural and technical events are celebrated which helps the students to do new stuff and try something new apart from their regular studies. All the colleges in india participate in these events.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is ok as compared with other institutions and the facilities which are provided. Various scholarships are present to help the students in need.
Fees and Financial Aid
I didn't avail and loan as the fees is ok. It is not that high. And the students who were not able to pay that amount were offered scholarships so i think the iits arw well designed for bright minds.
Campus Life
Gender ratio is very bad in engineering colleges and at my time in our batch of 550 only 24 girls were there. I hope some day in india girls will also be treated like boys so that parents start investing in them and thus the ratio will go up.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities arw excellent and the mess food too. Those who dont like mrss food can surely eat at canteens run till 2 in the night.
Alumni/Alumna
Its ok. I get mails about the activities of college every month. They call me every now and then for my current status of job and life. The team at iitk is well placed for such things and various scholarships are offered to the new students from the money collection done from various alumnus. That's a very good thing.
Exam Structure
Yes the exams and quizzes are quite frequent leaving us with very less time for ourselves and for other extracurricular activities.
