Remarks

RIT is an average college. The faculties are good and well co-operative witj students. They are like a open book, the student has to sit and read the book. They have very good knowledge. We had so much of fun inside and outside the college.

Entrance Preview

I attended CET. Due to some problem, I couldn't attend the initial rounds of CET seat selection process. I been to last round of selection process, there I got so many options but my mind stick into RIT, since it was in my hometown. Then with no hesitation I took the seat.Fee structure will be as follows: CET fee + 10000/- as college registration fee.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The Course is awesome and even the faculties are good. Some of the faculties just finished the Mtech and not experienced. Most of them are experienced and the teaching is average. Some of the faculties left the college during our output time. Now the faculties are new, I don't have more idea about now.

Internships Opportunities

No, our college doesn't provide any internships. If the student has any reference they can get the permission from HOD.

Placement Experience

0.5

The placement is very bad. They don't bring any big companies. Since it is new college, there will be pool campus. Very few students were selected. They will get the information about the pool campus near by and will inform the students and encourage the students to attend and get placed.

College Events

2

Every year there will be an event called 'SWARIT' will be conducted in college premises. There will be lot of fun and enjoyment. Faculties will also join in the fun. Cultural events and all very good, arrangements and management about events and played very good job. We all participated in some events and got prizes (by cheating ). Awesome memories.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible.Fee structure will be as follows: CET fee + 10000/- as college registration fee.Not much charges were collected as a part of fine. But if you misbehave there will be serious action taken against the student and will be fined. The rest will be examination fee, which has to be paid to VTU.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, college will announce the scholarship details in the notice board. The students have to submit all the documents within described time. Most of the students got the scholarships. I've no idea about the loan facility.

Campus Life

3.5

In our class, boys number was very less(15 boys out of 58). The majority was girls. The campus is far away from the city center. There is no near place to hangout. The student who used to come to college by college bus, they have to wait till evening to go back home. Since the bus works only twice in a day. There are no student parties or cultural societies.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

I've no idea about the hostel fee structure. Since I was staying in my home town, my home was near and I didn't have to take this option. My friends were staying HOSTEL, they were saying the food will be like kerala food. Since most of the students from kerala. The rooms are sharing,(2 SHARE).

Alumni/Alumna

College seniors didn't helped us much. They even not talking to us. There was not much help by the seniors.

Exam Structure

Internals were as usual. Some faculties will give the materials to study some of them don't.The labs were usually deserve the afternoon section, weekly two days will be for lab. They have some rules and regulation like they have to wrap the record, need to wear apron compulsory.

Faculty

3.5

I like to mention the HOD name here, MR. Arjun, he has taken a subject in last semester. The lecturing was AWESOME and he is also super cool guy. We didn't skipped his class because it was so interesting and very useful. We love him the way he was teaching. I'm not against other faculties, they are also good.

Around 47 students in our course and in 2025 36 of them were placed and rest I don't think even applied as jobs were definitely available. Infosys, Polaris and others who are now world famous for building cyber security systems were at MIT Manipal to hire students.

the placements oppurtunity are there and you can grab a very good paackage from here. The highest is around 44 , average is 7 lpa. Students become eligible for final placemnts from 6-7 semester. Companies like thermo fisches , fractal , belc , hitachi and many other, have visited. The percentage of placemnt is quite high but people grabbing more than 30lpa is very few. after degree i want to go for job directly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Honestly I don't a thing about the relevance of the curriculum, this curriculum thingy has been changing every now and then in our college I hope atleast they stick to one curriculum and make us study that and don not change it further. As I've mentioned before, I was not informed in prior about the syllabus so obviously there's no specifi aspect of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose this course. I think the curriculum will prepare me to face the world way more wisely and strategically than how I'd deal with it otherwise. I think one area they can improve is in physics, they can give us more seminars, projects and stuff to check our understanding. That would really help a lot of people to be creative and help people to get the exposure. Coming to the difficulty level of the paper, I know nothing because I haven't written the sem exam yet so, I know nothing. But, can guarantee one thing!! Be careful, cause as per sources our college is known for it's tough question paper, so y'all better study.

In UVCE placement rate is almost good but we need more effort on self study . Most of the students works in internship in 7 or 8 th sem it means before graduation then they will got good placements. Some of you directly god good placements without working in internship.. Because putting there efforts..
