The reason for choosing this college is that Vidyalankar is brand and is in education sector from past many years. Also the college is very famous for providing high class Information technology education.

Course curriculum is good.Good amount of subjects are there in syllabus to give student proper idea and working about IT industry.Faculties of our college are average.Some of them are well-qualified while some are not that good.Infra

Placements are good in our college.Placement department is in touch with many companies.Proper training for placements is provided by the placement department. Tcs,capegemini,icici bank are some of the top companies that recruit students from our campus.

Verve and Vigour are the two big events college celebrates every year.Twins tie day,halloween day,bollywood night concerts are aslo celebrated in the college campus every year.Many students take part in this events and enjoy with there friends.

Campus Life

Infrastructure of the college is very good.All classrooms have ACs,Wifi provision is also provided.There is one CCD in college campus.Auditorium is big and many events are hosted their.Canteen is big and offer variety of food.

My experience at VIT pune

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to apply for placement is after 2 year or at 5th semester. And companies that have visited are Morgan Stanley, TCS, JP Morgan, etc. and many others. Basic package is about 7 lacs per annum which I consider as okay for freshers. And the student which got highest is 26 lac per annum as he was one of the brightest student of the college. I think 50 to 60 percent students get placed more or less maximum are low package students. My plans are different than doing job so not applied at any of the job.

the timings are great for students who wanna work while studying, but that only starts in the SY because in FY there are lectures from 10 to 1, that will give youll time to enjoy as a student, where as in SY n TY lectures will be from 7 to 9

placements are pretty decent here, especially for comp/it students. The average package here is around 12 to 14lakh, college provide on campus placements too, our placement cell is pretty hardworking. almost 97 to 99% of students get placed here.

My days in VSIT

VSIT was on top in my priority list. I applied in various different colleges but VSIT was my dream college a because of it's facilities and facilities. It was mine first list when I got selected in VSIT, so there wasn't any rejection from anyone. Admission process is pretty simple of VSIT based on cutoffs but there is a different eligibility criteria for BAMMC course as they don't go with the cutoff scheme.
