Remarks

Vivekananda college is good for girls.And it was near to my house also.The environment of the college is calm,though the food of canteen was not good.But yeah the curricular activities were amazing and interesting.

Course Curriculum Overview

B.com is 3 year course.The semesters were held twice a week. The course Schedule was not at all hectic. Students get enough time preparation.The faculty was good,they were supportive. The madam who teaches economics to bcom student was the best.

Course Fees: INR 13000 per year

Placement Experience

I have done b.com so in the course i havent found any need of the placement.But for various other professional programmes there are placement opportunities provided to the students.Though the placement in the college are not much good.

There were lots of events and celebrations organised by the college.The sports week was my favourite.There were competitios too realted to arts,dance and creativity.I participated in lots of them.Festivals and important were celebrated too.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements begin in final or fourth year. So from 7th semester students become eligible for on campus placement.From 5th semester or 3rd year students are eligible for on campus internships with very good package. In Nsut all top companies like Google, microsoft ,adobe, amazon, flipkart and many more visit.Around 300 companies visit each year. Highest package in 2024 is 83lpa in cse branch and 18 lpa average.In cse placement percentage is 70%, and in ee it is lower around 40%.

NSUT- A rollercoaster but definitely must have experience.

Placement Experience:

After internship season gets over, placement season starts with starting from 7th semester. At the start a lot of good product based companies visit and gradually the package offered start decreasing. The placement season lasts for full one year and around 90-95% students get placed. Vivekananda College is a dream of every girl!

Hindi Hons are not offered by all DU colleges, as though my parents warned me for a girls college and top level girls colleges like the Gargi, LSR or KNC. So, with a score of 600 in UG CUET available girls college was ours. That is the procedure not just for our college but all the DU colleges. Firstly admission in the college are done under cuet examination we have to give that first then we have to apply for different university website for our admissions .and cuet is the only exam all the student have to give for the admissions and cuet examination experience is good as it is our first cbt based exam held . Studying in a girl's college of DU feels like...
