Remarks

I heard the name of vishwakarma University for its known placement and number of recruiting companies which is more than any other college,and my preference was for my course rather than college so due to these factors I took admission in this college

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum for first year was good but it moderately satisfied the requirement of my opted branch, there were good faculties, and they help after the college hours if required, industrial exposure was not included in our curriculum.

Placement and job opportunities are good enough,on an average 200 companies come every year to provide placement there is also excellent record of alumini and they also provide opportunity for startups

College Events

Campus Life is going good,they held many co-curricular and extra-curricular events we have our yearly cultural fest namely Gandharva which provide platform to showcase our talent and it also include many fun-learning activities.

Campus Life

Campus infrastructure is good we have one ground where various fests are conducted,we also have computerized library and there are different laboratories for various subjects which are enough equiped overall they fullfill the purpose and demands

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is good, it has well defined infrastructure and is completely secured, but the location is not so satisfying, but it provides clean and healthy meal and everything is managed good enough also there is record maintained by them for different purposes.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements after the 4th sem. Many companies visit and at least one person is hired by every company. Companies from UAE and international companies also make offers. Highest package was 9 lpa and average is 3.5-4 lpa. Only 5-10% students go for a job, others go for higher studies. I am too looking for a part time job with continuing higher studies. Overall the campus placement is good for students looking for a good job and pay. Most get hired as Assistant engineers.

VIIT -a good option?

1) I applied to VIT pune ,COEP pune ,PICT pune,CUMMINS ,PCCOE . I didnt get these colleges because i didnt have percentile for merit for that college i had 95.84 percentile and their cutoff for CS branch was 97 at that time which was difficult for me . 2)students can enroll in our college using MHTCET and JEE mains score .Through cet cell there are cap rounds total three and last one spot round (may have changed now).Apart from this there are no tests or exams to get an admission in this college...Read More
