Remarks

I selected NIT Kurukshetra because of its NIRF ranking. It is a top college and has very wonderful placement record. I like the friendly atmosphere of the college very much. I opted for the course because I want to have placement.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is of four years full time course. It has been divided into eight semesters with three Examination being conducted in each semester to keep students in touch with study. The college provides enough industrial visit and Internship. The faculty members are very trained and highly educated. My favourite professor is Mr Ashwini Kumar.

Class Size: 90Course Fees: INR 62500 per year

Placement Experience

Companies like Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Amazon, PSUs like BAARC, HOCL, SAIL etc, Mahindra, Hero, Flipkart, Samsung, Airtel and others come to the campus for taking placement. The highest package offered is 40 lakh per annum and overall placement percentage is 80%. The placement takes place with the help of training and placement cell via interview. The alumni are working in top countries across the world.

College Events

The campus life is extraordinary and full of happiness. There are many fests and events celebrated in NIT Kurukshetra. These are Techspardha, Confluence, Utkarsh, Independence day, Republic day, Gandhi Jayanti, Freshers induction party, Convocation. They gather candidates from many colleges.

Campus Life

The campus has sports complex, Library, Laboratories equipped with modern technology and machineries, Bank/Atm, Post office, cafeteria, separate hostels for boys and girls, wifi in campus as well as in hostel, Book Bank, gymnasium and Market.

A walk through Nit kurukshetra

I choose this college cause, I am interested in this branch and I don't have any prior interest in any particular colleges, in this college I am getting the particular branch I am interested in,while there are few colleges which are providing me same branch but they have some limitations like there infrastructure is bad or crowd is not that wonderful like here people are generous and motivated you can't find the same everywhere. Good college for electrical

The admission is only based on JEE Mains Rank. This is a decent college and thus requires decent ranks for good courses. JEE is conducted nationwide by the NTA every year. The process was smooth. You have to first select colleges. You get an allotment and then you verify the docs....Read More
