Remarks

Because my college is autonomous. It has good naac credits. It has good placements. It also has good staff. Good extra curricular activities. And I got a good branch ie information technology branch in my college.

Course Curriculum Overview

As of now my college is automous so they are conducting more of hands on experience on practical stuff like pbls and all. Other college didn't even have pbl. This year we have skills computancy evaluation which is a mini project and it will be of great use

Course Fees: INR 160000 per year

Placement Experience

Good. My college provides internships to everyone and also a platform for making projects

College Events

Very good. There are alot clubs in my college. Great knowledge based seminars have been conducted on competitive coding, digital marketing, web and app development. It was of great use and a good awareness program

Review for Government Polytechnic, Pune. The dream college for all Punekars.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements after the 4th sem. Many companies visit and at least one person is hired by every company. Companies from UAE and international companies also make offers. Highest package was 9 lpa and average is 3.5-4 lpa. Only 5-10% students go for a job, others go for higher studies. I am too looking for a part time job with continuing higher studies. Overall the campus placement is good for students looking for a good job and pay. Most get hired as Assistant engineers.

Microbiology is mainly lab based work but it also teaches you other worldly things , the reason behind me choosing Bsc microbiology to do from ruia is because , once i had a talk to an alumni of ruia in which she mentioned that microbiology from ruia is basucally equal of engineering from an IIT. In microbiology particularly i would say the difficulty level is a bit high but only if you don't pay attention to daily lecs and practicals

VIIT -a good option?

1) I applied to VIT pune ,COEP pune ,PICT pune,CUMMINS ,PCCOE . I didnt get these colleges because i didnt have percentile for merit for that college i had 95.84 percentile and their cutoff for CS branch was 97 at that time which was difficult for me . 2)students can enroll in our college using MHTCET and JEE mains score .Through cet cell there are cap rounds total three and last one spot round (may have changed now).Apart from this there are no tests or exams to get an admission in this college...Read More
