Ritvik Jain's Review On Seth GS Medical College - [GSMC], Mumbai

Seth GSMC is one of the premier institutes in the field of Medicine, it is mostly ranked in top 10 Medical Colleges in the country and is the best in Maharashtra. The thing I like most about is that it gives me a study atmosphere, which helps me go ahead, the college gives me a feeling of competitiveness which helps me become better in m field.

Academics and Curriculum are good and well planned, but the faculties aren't that good. The Regular exams make us study better. The practicals are good. Some faculties are amazing, but most of them don't teach well.

Internship is compulsory for us in our own College after we complete our final year. The amount currently is 11000/month and the duration of the internship is 12 months.

We become doctors after the completion of our course, and most of us opt for a pg course in same or different College, selection for which happens through NEET-PG Exam

Campus Life was amazing, The fest is amazing and is called Aavishkaar, I was a part of the organizing team and can tell you, you can't beat the decor we have here. There is a football turf, basketball court, tennis court, table tennis court, badminton court, swimming facilities are also available

It is good but needs improvement. The hospital equipments are amazing and they keep getting new ones as the technology keeps upgrading. But the overall infrastructure of the wards and the hospital isn't that good. The college Infrastructure is fine but needs to improved.

The infrastructure for the hostel isn't good at all, some of the hostels are fine but others aren't. Annex Hostel, Naigaon Hostel are good, but Currey Road Hostel & Main Boys Hostel aren't good at all. I don't know about the girls hostelz but the condition of boys hostel needs to be improved.
