Remarks
The college campus is spacious and great exposure to sports and activities we had four houses/groups at College that were enough to polish one's talent. The management was good. The college Faculty supported students to gain good score and land in a good job.
Entrance Preview
I took and scored IIT-JEE, AIEEE. My AIEEE ranks were around 1 Lakh. I had a passion for engineering so I decided to get admission in nearby City. I had heard about this college placement so I opted for it.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course had well defined structure teachers were true inspiration for students. They not only believe in theory but emphasized on practical knowledge. The students get lot of exposures to show their talent. Also all HOD of each department teach the students.
Internships Opportunities
There is internship program in our curriculum in second and third year but they does not provides any internship to students. We have to find companies ourselves. But I think it is good program for students. Students get practical knowledge from it. There is one more internship in last semester which is of 6 months and students should have to work on Live projects.
Placement Experience
In 2010 and 2012 batch many companies are come in college. In 2014 batch 20 to 30 students were placed in companies like Compro Technologies, JK Technosoft, QSpear, Infosys and many more. The salary package was between 2-3 Lakh per annum in 2014 batch for the students.
College Events
There are two annual fest one is cultural fest celebrated on the eve of Diwali the fest Name is Explorica. In this many colleges take part in Dance, Music competition. The colleges Like PIET, RPIIT came and won prizes. The technical fest includes Techaeon in which robotics and coding competition are organized by college. And every year engineer's day is celebrated and many competitions take place.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is quite Feasible and in accordance to middle class family students who want to pursue a professional course.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is scholarship facility & students visited Singapore through Student Program. The college Alumni Vinav Bansal availed this opportunity she was a college topper of 2009 batch. The college offers a range of scholarships for graduate and post graduate programmes.
Campus Life
There were 700 boys and 500 girls. There is one workshop that is equipped with various tools such as Lathe machine, welding, wood cutting and molding machines. There was a college fresher party and farewell party as well both celebrated with grace. The students from rich family culture and middle class students exist. In my batch there were very few people of Haryana.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facilities are quite good. The cleanliness in the surrounding area and fresh air keeps mind and body healthy. The food is hygienically prepared and mess is spacious with Air conditioners and fans. The average rental is 4500 for boys and 5500 for girls. There are two beds in single room so it is adjustable. There were 5 rooms on each floor of 5 storey building.
Alumni/Alumna
On prize distribution ceremony, there came our seniors and gave inspirational speech and how college has helped them to sharp their skills and land in a high paying job. That interaction was wonderful. They always encourage us to participate in every activities and share their experiences with us.
