Remarks

NIT Kurukshetra is located in Haryana which is my home state. I chose this college considering its placement and Academic. I like its location in the holy city of Kurukshetra and its placement opportunities.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is partially updated and the syllabus is well organised dividing the entire course into eight semesters. Examination and tests are taken frequently. The college provides ample paid internships. My favourite professor is Dr Kiran More.

Placement Experience

The placement of NIT Kurukshetra is outstanding for CSE and IT. Other branches like ECE, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil and PIE has above average placement. There is a training and placement cell which looks after the placement and interships for students. The alumni periodically visit the campus and supportive in nature.

College Events

The campus life is enjoyable and learning. Some of the fests and events celebrated here are Techspardha, Confluence, Utkarsh, Gandhi Jayanti, Convocation, Freshers induction party etc. They are organised on a large scale and witness huge participation of candidates.

A walk through Nit kurukshetra

I choose this college cause, I am interested in this branch and I don't have any prior interest in any particular colleges, in this college I am getting the particular branch I am interested in,while there are few colleges which are providing me same branch but they have some limitations like there infrastructure is bad or crowd is not that wonderful like here people are generous and motivated you can't find the same everywhere. Good college for electrical

The admission is only based on JEE Mains Rank. This is a decent college and thus requires decent ranks for good courses. JEE is conducted nationwide by the NTA every year. The process was smooth. You have to first select colleges. You get an allotment and then you verify the docs....Read More
