Remarks

I chose this college because it is among the top NITs. It has good academic record as well as placement. I like its location nearby Brahm Sarovar very much. I opted for civil engineering because I want government job.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course syllabus is updated taking modern methodologies and technologies into consideration. There is ample amount of internships and gives enough industrial exposure. The faculty members are excellent and well educated. I think Dr DP Singh is one amonggood faculty here.

Course Fees: INR 62000 per year

Placement Experience

The placement is good here. The highest package offered is 40 lakh per annum and the placement percentage reaches almost 100% for CSE and IT graduates. For other branches it is above average. The training and placement cell keeps a check on training student for placement and interships. The alumni network always visit the campus.

College Events

The campus life is great full of enjoyment and learnings. There is Techspardha, a technical fest and Confluence, a cultural fest. Besides there are Utkarsh, Independence day, Republic day, Gandhi Jayanti, Freshers induction etc celebrated in NIT Kurukshetra. This all includes participants in very large number.

A walk through Nit kurukshetra

I choose this college cause, I am interested in this branch and I don't have any prior interest in any particular colleges, in this college I am getting the particular branch I am interested in,while there are few colleges which are providing me same branch but they have some limitations like there infrastructure is bad or crowd is not that wonderful like here people are generous and motivated you can't find the same everywhere. Good college for electrical

The admission is only based on JEE Mains Rank. This is a decent college and thus requires decent ranks for good courses. JEE is conducted nationwide by the NTA every year. The process was smooth. You have to first select colleges. You get an allotment and then you verify the docs....Read More
