Remarks

NIT Kurukshetra is located in my home state. I wanted to remain nearby my home. Hence I chose this college. After admission I like the facilities and greenery of the Institute very much. It is very beautiful.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is updated with latest invention and discovery. The entire course is divided into eight semesters with three Examination being in each semester. Two is internals and one external examination. The faculty members are highly qualified and trained. They are expert. My favourite professor is Dr Rajesh Kumar.

Course Fees: INR 62500 per year

Placement Experience

The placement is something which like most about the NIT. Companies like Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Flipkart, Amazon, PSUs, Hero, Mahindra, Maruti Suzuki etc visit the campus for recruitment and hiring. The highest package offered last year was 40 lakh per annum. The overall placement record of the college is excellent. The seniors and alumni are very supportive and help us.

College Events

The campus life is good except being in the old hostel rooms. There are numerous fests and events celebrated here. Techspardha and Confluence are the biggest fest. Some other fests are Utkarsh, Independence day, Republic day, Gandhi Jayanti, Convocation et cetra. They are celebrated with great enthusiasm and receive participants in large numbers.

A walk through Nit kurukshetra

I choose this college cause, I am interested in this branch and I don't have any prior interest in any particular colleges, in this college I am getting the particular branch I am interested in,while there are few colleges which are providing me same branch but they have some limitations like there infrastructure is bad or crowd is not that wonderful like here people are generous and motivated you can't find the same everywhere. Good college for electrical

The admission is only based on JEE Mains Rank. This is a decent college and thus requires decent ranks for good courses. JEE is conducted nationwide by the NTA every year. The process was smooth. You have to first select colleges. You get an allotment and then you verify the docs....Read More
