Remarks

I selected NIT Kurukshetra because it is a top and good college. It is nice in placement and facilities. It is not very far away from Uttar Pradesh. I opted for Electrical Engineering because i love it.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is organised nicely. There are frequent examination in every semester to keep us in touch with study. The curriculum is updated. There is adequate industrial exposure. The faculty members are very friendly and have very much knowledge. They are very nice person except some. My favourite is Kulbir sir.

Course Fees: INR 62500 per year

Placement Experience

The placement of NIT Kurukshetra is very high and excellent. There is training and placement cell which makes candidate job ready and brings very lucrative jobs for them. The highest package offered is 40 lakh per annum last year. CSE and IT department witnessed almost 100% placement last year. My branch Electrical engineering has above average placement record. Companies like Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Wipro, Hero, Honda, Hindustan Unilever Ltd, Amazon etc visit the campus for recruitment.

College Events

The campus is very beautiful and vast, it covers 293 acres of land in area. It is full of enjoyment. Many fests and events celebrated here are Techspardha-a technical fest, Confluence- a cultural fest, Utkarsh, Independence day, Republic day, Gandhi Jayanti, Utkarsh et cetra. These are big and celebrated with great pomp and show. It also get participants in large numbers.

A walk through Nit kurukshetra

I choose this college cause, I am interested in this branch and I don't have any prior interest in any particular colleges, in this college I am getting the particular branch I am interested in,while there are few colleges which are providing me same branch but they have some limitations like there infrastructure is bad or crowd is not that wonderful like here people are generous and motivated you can't find the same everywhere. Good college for electrical

The admission is only based on JEE Mains Rank. This is a decent college and thus requires decent ranks for good courses. JEE is conducted nationwide by the NTA every year. The process was smooth. You have to first select colleges. You get an allotment and then you verify the docs....Read More
