Remarks
The course costs around 1.8 Lacs per year and that is a huge amount of money but you can easily get a scholorship of 20,40 or 60% depending on your performance. but still its a huge amount of money considering the average placements.
Course Curriculum Overview
I am pursuing B.tech in civil engineering, in my opinion the curriculum is more or less same as it is throughout the country. The quality of teaching is decent as there are few really good professors who have a great style of teaching. The curriculum is well updated and it surely makes you job ready due to the exposure provided by the department.
Placement Experience
Placements in many courses are not so motivating but that is the case in most of the engineering colleges but still if you work on your profile and personality you can end up with a decent job. Average salary is around 2.5-3 LPA.
College Events
Campus life is very cheerful and vibrant as students from different countries and culture study here. It organises the biggest cultural fest in western india and many other activites keep happening on the campus throughout the year.
