Remarks

FCET is a bigger face in the industry of engineering and a dream comes true if we got admission in it. I was waiting for my name to be announced at the time of admission procedure. Various opportunities other than study is provided,we can take part in activities of our interest and special training are provided to us for further performances.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is so effective that students gain greater knowledge than expected. The faculties are trained and advised 2 weeks in a month so that they can complete the syllabus of the course on time. Faculties are also very punctual and work efficient, students don't need to worry for any doubt.

Class Size: 124

Placement Experience

The placement cell of FCET is far more better than other colleges as they keep the student's future at top than the reputation. Also, the reputation among various big companies such as Ford, Nissan, Audi and Toyota and many more is very high, all these big companies watch for students to hire them.

College Events

The campus organize huge events including competitions, festivals, fates, quiz, tournaments and training sessions. Extracurricular activities such as drama, quiz, Olympiads and sports training are highly in demand from students and are organised to satisfy the students. Prizes such as cash prize and shields are distributed among students as per their performance.

Good college with good faculty

Remarks:

The best thing I found in this college is that it has a friendly environment. Ragging here is strictly prohibited and everyone in the college adhere to it. Coming to some negatives is that the infrastructure of the college is not well developed. As it has been in Chandigarh since 1953 only a few buildings are well developed rest all the buildings are as old as the college.

Remarks:

College is very much concerned about attendance criteria that is the students having attendance less than 75% get detained that is they are not allowed to give semester exams. They will be marked absent in the exam and have to give it in the next semester.

Good faculty and quality of education but less placements

Remarks:

Good college is great in terms of study and material being offered to us the facilities provides to us of ro and 24/7 electricity and water wifi campus Good interaction ability building in student. Bad core companies placements is less hostel rooms for 2nd 3rd year not up to the mark of construction.
