Remarks

Any student including me is if entering a college and taking admission in it then he /she will be having a question related to placement, but thankfully the placement record of the college is excellent as the college was having a placement rate of 85% last year. Students have a security of their future here and we can also say that their future is in the right hands so this made me choice FCET for my further studies.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is designed and modified every year through the reference books. Syllabus of b.tech is quite lengthy but how can we complete it very soon is shown by our teachers. The faculties of FCET has no match among any college in Ferozepur. They teach us all the necessary and important moral, social and cultural values. Teachers of FCET are helpful, decent and loyal to their work.

Class Size: 121

Placement Experience

The placement department of the FCET is highly in favour of students at the time of campus placements. The ranking decides the placement. Companies such as fiesta, luminous, Ford etc. comes to college to place students in the company. The placement is guaranteed if your performance is overall good.

College Events

Fates are organised, festivals are celebrated, tournaments of cricket, lawn tennis, chess are organised on district level. Major festivals such as diwali, holi, Christmas, Id are celebrated with full joy and every religion is given full-respect. No partial interference is done while participation of students.

Good college with good faculty

Remarks:

The best thing I found in this college is that it has a friendly environment. Ragging here is strictly prohibited and everyone in the college adhere to it. Coming to some negatives is that the infrastructure of the college is not well developed. As it has been in Chandigarh since 1953 only a few buildings are well developed rest all the buildings are as old as the college.

Remarks:

College is very much concerned about attendance criteria that is the students having attendance less than 75% get detained that is they are not allowed to give semester exams. They will be marked absent in the exam and have to give it in the next semester.

Good faculty and quality of education but less placements

Remarks:

Good college is great in terms of study and material being offered to us the facilities provides to us of ro and 24/7 electricity and water wifi campus Good interaction ability building in student. Bad core companies placements is less hostel rooms for 2nd 3rd year not up to the mark of construction.
