Remarks

SD College is one of the tricity's best college for commerce and other courses as well.The college aura and facilities are also very good. Teachers and other faculty are pretty good and helpful and amazing

The course syllabus is updated from time to time. The old syllabus are removed And new ones are added. The faculty is very good and knowledgeable. They are very clear and help us in getting a beautiful experience in our course

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 33000 per year

Placement Experience

Not very good. only a few students after bcom get placements and job opportunities. so I think this can be improved

College Events

The campus life, events, extracurricular activities are also top notch. there is due importance given to these things not to studies alone. Games, events, activities all are held on a big good platform and every child is given an opportunity to participate.

Inside of PGI chandigarh from bsc nursing point of view.

Placement Experience:

Students from 4rth year are eligible for placement. Pgi provide job for it's own students. Bond system is here. Students can apply for foreign jobs as pgi provide their degree and a sheet with completed number of hours as in clinical we need 100% attendance. Students who don't want to work in pgi can go to different hospitals as pgi is a recognized university they will get job easily. 80% students get job in pgi. As many new blocks are building here for future, they will require large amount of nursing officers so they will give job to their own university students. Some senior got their job with a high amount as salary with health benefits, hostel allowanc, travel allowance, and tax is included. Working hour are less here, people can switch there shifts with there workmates as per there convince. My plan is to work here as a nursing officer and do my master degree from pgi itself.

GGDSD COLLEGE FROM STUDENTS PERSEPECTIVE

Elgibility was easy as people for any background rather say commerce , arts , non medical or medical . College doesnt have any entrance exam for admission.Students are admitted through centralized admission under DHE chandigarh. Punjab university offers admission to those students those have good grades in class 12th. HONEST REVIEW BY OF GGDSD COLLEGE, CHANDIGARH BY A STUDENT

Eligibiltity of my course was just on my 12th class's board percentage. You can find the application form, application fees and application dates on the official website of GGDSD COLLEGE, CHANDIGARH There are reservered seats for specific castes although i am from general category so i did not get any type of reservation. The exams are held every 5 to 6 months after the semester end. And they are held from 9:30am to 12:30pm and 2 pm to 5pm.
