I feel really lucky that i got admission in this college. This college is a all in one place for all round development. They provide high quality education and works to give placement to most of the students. I am fully satisfied with the efforts of my college management.
Entrance Preview
I had to pass WBJEE exam in order to get admission in this college. I got a rank of 22345 in WBJEE exam. I decided to took admission in this college because all the courses are affiliated by NBA. Also the placement statistics are also good in this college.
Placement Experience
Cipla,Accenture,Wipro,Tcs,Itc,Ds group and a large number of it companies arrive here year for offering jobs. Average pay for a fresher here is between 3.6 to 7 lakhs generally. Wipro offers the highest and it was about 11 lakhs for one it student last year.
College Events
Cultural events that are organized here are numerous and some of them are Annual Fest,Technical Fest,Sponsored events,departmental events. Any one can participate in these events and give ideas about these events. Suggestions are accepted with open minds in my college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
My college is not so expensive as other colleges in Kolkata region. Its about 41 thousands per semester and hotel fee is 12000 quarterly.
Fees and Financial Aid
My college offers a scholarship to minority group students specially sikh students. Also some fee is waived for poor students. Loan facility is also available with collaboration with Central bank of india.
Campus Life
Debate events held in our college is well supported by faculty as well as students. They took it seriously and all the current topics are well discussed. Robotics fest and seminars are also organised and a lot of students took part and show their passion here as a robotics.
Hostel Facilities
The rooms of the hostel are not big but are well cleaned. The bathrooms are totally hygienic and 5 in number. The quality of food in mess is also good and healthy. The hostel mess is managed by the student group that is the best part of our hostel.
Alumni/Alumna
Senior students are very helpful both in study and also in securing good jobs. The faculty members also work to ensure 360 performance of the students. They work really hard to provide best teaching methods before us.
Exam Structure
We had two internal exams of 50 marks and a semester exam of 100 marks. Labs are much more fun and we really enjoy with lab equipment. The lab assistants are friendly in nature.
Faculty
In our college we had a number of Ph.D holders faculty members in almost all departments. They have a deep understandings of concepts and curriculum. They also give extra time for doubt clearing. I love their teaching style and its great fun to be in the class. Good study environment is present inside the campus.
