Remarks

Hinduja College is when of the esteemed colleges. Only Hinduja College provided the course BTM. The course is very well planned. Hence I chose this college. I am inclined towards studying logistics and supply chain management. The course BTM offers the subject logistics and supply chain management. Apart from this the course teaches us Transport Management, Transport law, International law, International trade etc. Hence the students get to know the transport industry in and out. Also the course meets the market demand.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is very good for students who want to make there career in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, transport management, HR Management in logistics company etc. The faculty members are very helpful and kind towards the students.

Placement Experience

The placement and job opportunities are good. The college has internship and placement committee where in the students organize guest lecture, they conduct seminars of industry experts, they also provide certificate course which helps students to gain extra knowledge. The college also has an entrepreneur cell where students can put there ideas if they want to do start up. Various companies come for placement they include Delloite, Capegemini, Jio Studio, Reliance, TCS etc. In all the placements are very good.

College Events

The campus life is full of enjoyment and developing your soft skills. The college gives various opportunities to students to showcase their talent. The college organises TEDx Hinduja which creates a atmosphere for open ideas, discussion, debate etc. PAANAH is the annual cultural intercollegiate festival. During this festival students learn the quality of management, inter personal relationship with students, it also teaches us time management etc.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Placement cell is quite good. Students are eligible for placement in their last semester of course. There are many great companies that come like JP MORGAN, EY, KPMG. Average package of the college is 5-6 lacs but there are high packages according to the skills of the student. I'd like to go for master's after BMS. Different kind of roles are there for students to apply according to their interests in all the fields like finance, marketing, HR, consulting. There is training provided by the college for placemens and there is personal training for individual company interviews if required by students.

My life in KPB Hinduja College of Commerce.

So as i want to do BCA and mumbai university not provide this course so i did BCA from ymcou so basically i had not much options in colleges.
